Cell子刊：胃峡干细胞是胃腺上皮更新的主力军

胃腺是胃粘膜上皮凹陷形成的腺体结构，从下往上可分为基底部、颈部、峡部和凹部四个区域。与肠隐窝底部的肠道干细胞不同，胃腺基底部的干细胞在大多数时间都处于静息状态，仅在上皮损伤时才被激活，因此必然存在其它干细胞来维持胃腺和胃上皮的快速细胞更新。有研究认为，胃腺的峡部也存在干细胞，但对于这种干细胞，人们所知有限。Cell Stem Cell近期发表的一项研究，通过多种试验手段对小鼠的胃峡干细胞的特性进行了深入分析。
