补锌可能预防前列腺癌？

PNAS上发表的一项最新研究，发现中年大鼠的饮食中缺乏锌，可降低其前列腺中的锌水平，并引起前列腺增生、miRNA表达谱改变、锌转运蛋白ZIP-1下调，从而表现出与人类前列腺癌组织相似的表型，提示缺锌可能增加前列腺癌的风险。
