Genome Biology近期发表了来自中科院深圳先进院周豪魁和赵国屏院士与团队的研究，介绍了他们团队开发的一个微生物组数据分析工具——tmap，可用于分析群体规模的微生物组变化及其与宿主或环境因素的关联性。
