Cell子刊：噬菌体的溶源性感染影响其细菌宿主的转录及功能

肠道相关噬菌体可改变其细菌宿主的丰度及活性，从而影响人体健康与疾病。温和噬菌体占据了肠道病毒组中的大部分，而噬菌体的溶源性感染的作用尚未完全明确。Cell Reports上发表的一项最新研究，鉴定出了一种属于Salyersviridae病毒科的拟杆菌属噬菌体BV01，并发现BV01对普通拟杆菌的溶源性感染可导致其整合至宿主TspO蛋白的启动子区域，以抑制胆盐水解酶的表达，从而改变普通拟杆菌的胆汁酸代谢活性。
